Bill has been a licensed specialist in the hearing care industry for over 35 years. He has achieved accolades and awards for his work over the years, but his patients' hand written notes and messages are his biggest achievements. Bill has learned that listening to his patients' needs will provide them with the best possible hearing. He serves his patients with confidence and compassion.

He is actively serving in our community through many social and charitable organizations as well as mentoring programs for at-risk youth. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his 11 grandchildren. When Bill is not working he enjoys traveling with his wife in their RV. His faith, family, profession and golf are his passions.

Hearing Specialist

David became a licensed hearing aid specialist in 2009. He enjoys the continuing change of technology and communication; teaching his patients how to utilize and understand it to fully benefit from their hearing care choice. Like his father, he also knows to listen and understand his patients' needs before taking action.

Dave is married to his best friend and loves being a father to his three children. He enjoys just being with his family. He still tries to relive the glory years on the basketball court each week. Dave is active with his church and community organizations.

Diana has been in the hearing care industry for 19 years. She brings organization, genuine compassion and care for her patients. She has been a licensed dispenser since 2001. Diana is a wife, mom, and grandma to her four grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, swimming, reading, and daily walks with her border collie, Shadow.

Tim has been in the hearing industry for 33 years and a licensed dispenser for 30 years. He specializes in maximizing his patients hearing potential and providing meaningful solutions for difficult to fit hearing losses. Tim has two daughters and three grandchildren. He enjoys reading, daily exercise, golfing, and music.

Hearing Specialist

Dr. Jennifer Davis earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Hearing, Speech and Language Sciences from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, where she went on to graduate with her Doctorate of Audiology Degree (Au.D) in May of 2015.

Dr. Davis has experience working in private practice and the ENT setting where she has worked closely with patients of all ages, particularly the pediatric and Veteran population. She is interested in hearing disorders, hearing aid dispensing and counseling patients and their families to help them understand hearing loss.

She is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).

Dr. Davis is from and currently lives in Lancaster, Ohio with her husband, 2 beautiful daughters and two dogs. She enjoys reading, travelling and spending quality time at home with her family.
